Write a Dialogue Between Two
Friends at Railway Station
Mabrur:
Hello Ahsan, how are you?
Ahsan:
I am fine, and what about you?
Mabrur:
I am fine too. I am very glad to meet you.
Ahsan:
I am also very happy to meet you. It is long since I met you last.
Mabrur:
Yes, it is about seven years. What are you doing now?
Ahsan:
I have completed my graduation in computer science from BUET.
Mabrur:
Oh, excellent! What is your future plan?
Ahsan:
You will be happy to know that I am going to London next week for higher study
on scholarship.
Mabrur:
Recently I have joined the Department of English in Dhaka University as a
lecturer.
Ahsan:
You are also very fortunate. But I cannot understand why you are here in this
railway station.
Mabrur:
I am going to Sylhet to visit my younger sister working as a doctor in a
hospital there. But why are you here?
Ahsan:
I am going to Chittagong to visit my father who has recently been transferred
from Dhaka to Chittagong. However, have you got married?
Mabrur:
Yes, I have got married two years ago. My husband is an Assistant Commissioner
working in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Have you got married?
Ahsan:
No, I have not got married yet. Decision has been taken to get married after
receiving my doctorate degree from London.
Mabrur:
My train has come. I must be off now. Thank you very much.
Ahsan:
You are most welcome. Wishing you all the best.
